What we need from you

• The intake: the space, your rules, the tech you have and the tech you want.
• Team-member invites to your accounts, or a login through the secure box on your account page.
• The lowest nightly price you will take.

What you end up with

• A live Airbnb listing.
• A system that runs pricing, codes, messages and cleanings on its own.
• A written guide and a walkthrough call.

Good to know

• Each property after the first on the same order is 20% off: $1,400 each.
• Apps and services you choose bill you directly.
• Permits, licenses and taxes stay with you as the owner.
